X-clusive Boutique was founded in June of 2015 by Ra'Toya Walker, native of Mississippi. Ra'Toya's dream was to open a store that would cater to the unique side of every woman and take fashion to a new level. She admits the journey has not been so easy but definitely worth the experience.
